She has extensive experience in managing operations, and revenue forecasting, which helps executive leaders make better long-term planning predictions while also growing an organization's market share within specific industries where they are not currently dominating - a win/win scenario.

Shonel also volunteers with several nonprofit organizations where her commitment to giving back can be seen through time spent volunteering to improve financial literacy in underserved communities as well as with other charity events.
