Consultant

At our entry level role, you will be immersed in our hands-on financial planning & analysis training program. Shadowing our Senior Consultants, you will have the opportunity to work on a project from day one, as you develop the expertise to take ownership of more components of projects.

Senior Consultant

You will team-up with our Directors on projects to deliver financial strategic solutions for clients across many industries. Mentoring our Consultants and managing projects will be a key component of your role. As you develop your project management skills, you will guide the team to deliver effective FP&A solutions to clients.

Director

As a corporate finance strategist, you will work increasingly closely with our clients to understand their business challenges and on becoming a true adviser to their CFO and CEO. You lead the firm’s team and continue developing industry expertise.

Managing Director

Actively managing the engagements with clients’ executive team. Focus on business development and defining our firm’s long-term strategy.

Eligibility

Consultant:

Position is open to recent college graduates or final year undergraduate students in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, statistics, computer science or business analytics.
Strong academic record and people skills.
The role is ideally suited to those with little or no work experience.

Senior Consultant:

2-5 years of corporate finance, consulting, public accounting, private equity or investment banking work experience
Advanced degree (M.B.A., M.S., M.A. or Ph.D.).
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

Director:

Proven track record leading Financial Planning and/or Business Analytics teams.
A corporate finance strategist with extensive experience in consulting engagements.
Outstanding communication and talented building relationships with C-level executives.

Managing Director:

Former CFO, Head of FP&A department or Partner at a CFO services firm.
Entrepreneurial mindset and holistic understanding of business and the macro environment that leads industry changes.
Business development expertise.
